Last night we went to pick Dada up from work and spend some time playing at the park. It was a beautiful, cold evening but it was great light for us non-photographers.

Kids Say the Darndest Things

2.10.11 - I think I have a fever. [well if you have a fever then we can't go play with Bubba & Mai Mai] Oh, but my fever isn't hurting my forehead, it's just playing with it's other fever friends.

2.6.11 ~ That's my friend the wind. Hi windy friend! Hi friend! Hi windy windy windy friendy wind!

1.13.11 ~ Mama, that's a punato. [what?!?] A PUH NAY TOW, that red thing that goes on sandwishes, is that right? [no, it's a tomato] I like punato better.

1.10.11 ~ Mama, I need to look in your ear [what for?] I'm a potato doctor and I need to see if you have any in there... yup, I see 5.

12.17.10 ~ Mama, you're the best.... best sandwicher in the world! [while eating a particularly good PB&J]

12.13.10 ~ When Santa lands on the porch he's going to sprinkle dust on my head and your head and we're going to fly in the air and be best birds. To which I responded 'do you mean best buds?' and he said no, best birds.

12.12.10 ~ I hate Christmas, I only get stupid presents. His version of quoting Lucy from Charlie Brown's Christmas.

12.5.10 ~ Mama, YOU are on the naughty list.

11.30.10 ~ ...but Mama, diarrhea is not funny.

11.5.10 ~ Mama, you are my BEST best best..... huggy friend!
10.26.10 ~ When people don't have bones they turn into a mud puddle like this (as he lays on the floor)

10.25.10 ~ Mama, you have pretty pretty eyes and bootiful hair.

10.23.10 ~ Upon waking, the first words out of his mouth jellybeans, jellyBEANS, JELLYBEANS!

10.09.10 ~ Mama, the sun is my new best friend cuz it dries up all the rain so I can play outside.

10.02.10 ~ Mama, mailboxes don't have chins. Only gray ones do.
